Lamborghini Malmö – the official Lamborghini dealer for Sweden – was looking for a solution to document the launch event of the new Lamborghini Aventador SV. One of the biggest challenges for this project was the need for discretion. The photo-video team needed to be discreet and find a way to capture the material as the launch event went on, without interfering with the 150 VIP guests. Finished materials had to be delivered within 72 hours after the launch.
Lamborghini Malmö selected us for the job mainly because of trust, but also for having all the required competencies under one roof. This meant a single point of contact for the customer. It creates operational efficiencies and streamlines costs.
Together with the customer, we created an effective action plan that allowed us to fulfill all the quality and discretion requirements while also delivering the finished materials within a short timeframe.
This is what we delivered:
- Documenting the event – photography, and video.
- Editing the videos and photos.
- Delivery of the final materials within 72 hours after the event.
The end materials have been published on social media and sent out to the press. Several major Swedish publications used the materials in various articles covering the event.
